Call for abstracts: Workshop on Higher-Order Models in Aachen: Signals, Spaces, and Systems

We are excited to announce the Workshop on Higher-Order Models in Aachen: Signals, Spaces, and Systems, taking place from 22 to 25 February 2027 in Aachen, Germany. The workshop will bring together researchers across signal processing, topological data analysis, network science, statistics, and computational biology.

We want to take a critical look back at recent progress in higher-order methods and discuss which kinds of higher-order information actually matter for which kinds of problems. Connecting these questions to data from biology, medicine, and neuroscience, we welcome discussion of successes, pitfalls, limitations, and cases where higher-order approaches did not work as hoped.

We are looking for contributed talks and posters! Please submit your abstract of up to 500 words by 15 November 2026 (Aachen time). Registration is free and will open soon.
